Service Costs

  • 1-to-1 sessions typically last for 50 minutes, and will normally include tasks or skills practice for you to complete between sessions. Sessions are typically weekly, or biweekly.

    £80 per session.

  • Workshops and group sessions can vary in length and content depending on your requirements.

  • Completing a SpotlightPROFILE will involve completing a 30-minute questionnaire, followed by two debriefing sessions. Each of these will last 50 minutes, and are best done one week apart.
