Maintaining your confidentiality is my priority. Any information about you or our work together will be kept strictly confidential. If there is a legitimate reason for me to share any information which you have disclosed, I will discuss this with you first.
Your information will not be shared with third parties (e.g. teammates, coaches, medical professionals etc.) unless you request this specifically.
I receive regular supervision to maintain a high quality service and your case might be discussed. However, no names or identifying information will be used in supervision.

Your data will kept for up to five years from the point that your work with Strong Minds ends, and will then be destroyed or deleted. You can opt out of this and all of your data will be deleted within one month of your request.
